Garais krogs – Jaunpiebalga manor pub building
The so-called “Long pub” is an architectural phenomenon looking like a miniature Great Wall of China. It is unique both for the Vidzeme highlands and for Latvia!

It is an architectural monument of national importance. The pub building with its attached building is a very rare type of building preserved in Latvia for such a long period of time. It was built in 1800. The pub building with its impressive size (length 110.94 m, width 13.48 m) and expressive, high roof is the largest building of its type in Latvia.
The place can be viewed at any time of the year.
