Alitēni – a holiday house – the feedback varies
Near Vecpiebalga, two ancient holiday houses have been established, where you can feel the old manor days with a contemporary touch of interior and equipment!
On the 1st floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a large terrace, which offers a fabulous view of the picturesque surroundings of Vecpiebalga, the garden ponds, the Ogre River and the old windmills. Both pond and river swimming areas are available.
On the first floor of the building there are two separate bedrooms with double beds in each, as well as a toilet with a shower and a bathtub. On the second floor there is a separate sleeping area with two old single beds that can be joined to make a large double bed. There is also a separate recreation area with table hockey and Apple TV. Two additional beds can be placed.
The living room is combined with a spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and oven. The semi-basement floor of the building has a hundred-year-old stone wall, a sauna with a cold-water bath, as well as a large lounge with a pool table and a separate fireplace.
An authentically renovated farmhouse that is more than a century old. It has preserved old floors and walls. The semi-basement of the house boasts a graceful masonry wall, and a place for a fireplace. The eclectic interior of the building uses comfortable, both old and restored and modern furniture. The special aura of the living room is enhanced by a fireplace and a piano.
The place is available at any time of the year by prior arrangement.
