Textile artist Ritvars Točs obtains wool from trees when handpicking raw materials. However, in their further processing, ancestral methods and handwork are also used. Ritvars has set up the "Wool Studio". There is an exposition for tourists. The craftsman also knows the healing properties of wool and is ready to tell anyone interested about it in more detail. You can buy woolen products, made from trees, bushes and plants in the area. These are small canvases, hats, medical bandages for wrists and backs, gloves, felts for feet and legs, acorn wreaths, etc. Wool is obtained from nettles, thistles, fireweed, reeds, willows, maple, apple, rowan, aspen, oak, etc.
