Kūsītis – a lake

This body of water is not swimmable, but it will be useful for simple viewing and for those looking for unusual names!

The lake has a relatively large catchment area with many drainage ditches. So, the lake is highly permeable, with a water exchange of 0.1 times per year. The eastern and southern shores are beautiful and steep, while the western and northern shores are low and swampy. The coast is mostly overgrown, flat. On the eastern side there is sandy soil in some places.
