Juvera lake – Dzirnavkalns swimming pool
There are many swimming places around one of the most recognizable lakes in Latvia, at least according to the name. However, this one seems to be the most suitable and accessible.
The lake is surrounded by thick forests. It has a sandy bottom and flat banks. The lake is suitable for anglers. There are pikes, perches, roaches, crucian carps, breams, burbots, eels, blicca bjoerkna and tenches in the lake.
