Līgatne River Trail
Just don’t confuse it with the Līgatne Nature Trail! This is a wilder, less human-touched section of the Līgatne River on the Nītaure side!
The trail of the swift Līgatne River is circular and about 1.5 kilometers long. It goes through an old and beautiful forest, along the swift Līgatne river. The trail has optimal infrastructure. There are bridges, but they are also interspersed with steeper climbs and a dirt path. There are several picnic areas. There is also a bonfire place near the parking lot at the beginning of the trail.
The place is suitable for visitors of different ages.
The place is available for a large number of visitors.
Working time
This place is always available. The trail may not be suitable for viewing in wet and snowy weather conditions.
