The hotel is located in a small, green village, on the beautiful and narrow shore of Zvanezers Lake.

The hotel offers private events and it works only on pre-booked events. A party hall with 2 terraces, hotel rooms and recreation rooms, hotel territory, party barn, sauna house with sauna, party and recreation room, and restaurant / workshop kitchen are available.

The hotel is located in the building of a former dairy, built in 1930. It was renovated to reflect the atmosphere of that time, keeping the connection with the ancient function of the farm.

The place is available at any time of the year.
