Janavas farm has a wide range of herbal products for well-being. It is a farm that works in the closest connection with nature, celebrates its values and offers the chance to get to know it together!

The biological farm "Janavas" is located on the banks of the Daugava, in the territory of the Daugava Nature Park, which was created to protect the ancient valley of the Daugava and its unique natural heritage. This region is unique with its rich variety of flower species - 2/3 representatives of all flora in the territory of Latvia are found here, including protected and rare species. In 2017, the project "Dabas sēta" was implemented. A place for walking for nature lovers and those interested in medicinal plants was created.
Seminars are available, which include information about medicinal plants and their applicability in various life situations. Owner Anta Kučere presents her experience in the production, cultivation and use of organic products. During the event, visitors can enjoy herbal teas while discussing the various effects of herbs on health. The effects of cosmetics during a facial massage can be enjoyed. Various herbal teas are produced and can be purchased on the farm. There are birch leaves, chamomile, cowslip (primula veris) and anaphalis flowers, alchemilla, horsetail and artemisia, oregano leaves, ready oat heads. The production also includes skin creams, tonics of cornflower, meadowsweet, galium, nettle, lavender, rose, sea buckthorn and chamomile flowers, perfumed water of love tree (aichryson) and white lilac, homemade soap and anti-mosquito hydrolat. The product range is regularly updated.
The place is suitable for visitors of different ages and is also attractive to younger generations.
The place is open for group visits.
