The manor house is located in the manor park, which is bordered by beautiful oak avenues.
In the center, there is an opportunity to learn about the traditions of the Latvian people in various ways. It can be sharpening the mind, playing, going to games or doing practical work. There is both a constant and a changing offer of services. The changing offer of the center is prepared and organized according to events in nature and people's lives: Autumn, Christmas time, Waiting for the Spring Equinox or Summer Solstice. The program also includes the fortress of traditions, more commonly known as the breakout room, a lesson in the Old Classroom with classroom equipment from the 1970s about the life of students at the school during this historical period, ancient toys and games, an exhibition of Druviena's artisans' works, celebration of traditional holidays, various craft skills training courses and training for adults. The center cooperates with Druviena rural territory administration, Druviena culture house, Druviena rural territory library, cultural complex "Silmači", Druviena rural territory development association "Pērļu zvejnieki".
The center has a wide and interesting offer for class groups, groups of students, families and anyone interested.
The center can be visited by large groups. Accommodation is comfortably available for up to 15 people, but extra mattresses are available.
The origins of the Druviena manor can be traced back to the end of the 17th century. The building visible now was formed in the 19th-20th centuries. In 1951, a school was established in the castle of the manor. During significant reconstruction works, the authentic tower of the building was saved and in 2017 its restoration works were carried out. A historical excursion is available – the story of the Druvien manor
15 simple beds with a double bed are available. Mattresses can be provided for larger groups if necessary. A sanitary unit is available.
We offer the premises of the center for organizing small seminars, conferences, various family and company parties or recreational events, organizing camps or wedding celebrations. It is also possible to prepare food on site.
The manor castle (1898) and farm buildings (granaries, barns, servants' houses) have been preserved to this day.
The complex is available at any time of the year, with prior application during the snowy season.
