Quietly hidden behind a hedge, Apiņu kalte is a place for relaxation in the historic center of Prauliena. It will be more suitable for a larger group of visitors looking for classic Latvian dishes and service.

The holiday home is located in the picturesque center of Prauliena by the water's edge, a place that is especially beautiful in summer and autumn.

The culinary program "Senie Madonas novada ēdieni" ("Ancient Madona County Foods") by hostess of honor Antra Gotlaufa is available with cooking lessons (baking pies, healthy dishes, making black pudding, etc.)

Accommodation is available for up to 20 places. Catering for groups upon request.

6 simple rooms with a kitchen, sauna and indoor pool are available. Rental of 2 boats is available.

Banquet facilities and catering for up to 50 guests available.

The guest house was established in an old manor building, built in 1888. The building was renovated in 2004, preserving the ancient boulder facade, but adapting it to modern needs.

The place is also open during the winter season.
