Spruce trees, linden trees, ancient oaks, even manor graves and countless water sources are an integral part of the park, telling the story of the relationship between nature and people over the centuries. The manor park is an ideal place for wedding rituals and is located on the shore of the legendary Nelabais lake.
Inspired by ancient traditions of Latvian cuisine, the chef creates a new menu every day, which allows you to enjoy a special and unusual meal. Restaurant KANNAS offers a menu of fresh and natural seasonal products and a suitable range of wines.

The first nobleman's house was built here already in the middle of the 18th century, and more buildings were added over time. The Empress of Russia Elizabeth gave Annas manor to Wilhelm von Fermor family that was connected with Russia at that time. At the end of the 18th century, Annas manor came into the possession of Tranzē family that was one of the richest and most influential families in Vidzeme in the 19th century. A truly aristocratic atmosphere reigned here until the beginning of the 20th century, which is now evidenced by ancient writings.
The history of Annas manor is deeply connected with the history of the entire Latvian nation. Garlībs Merķelis, the outstanding researcher of Latvian life, came to the manor in 1793 to work as a tutor for the children of Tranzē family, who were the owners of the manor.
We offer 9 spacious apartments, designed on one and two floors. There the ancient and the modern are combined in a harmonious interplay. Apartments with a fireplace, two floors, as well as antique furniture, restored and highlighted in new condition are available. Your pets - cats, dogs and other pets - are no longer allowed to stay in the hotel.
We offer a wide range of opportunities for celebrations, special moments, events, seminars. There is a parquet hall with a fireplace and a hall, a restaurant with a terrace, a spa area and picturesque nature.
The restaurant offers a hall for weddings and celebrations. Professional staff will take care of individual treatment, your wishes and provide exclusive service. 20 people will feel comfortable at the tables in the restaurant or fireplace hall. Using the summer terrace, it is possible to serve up to 50 people.
Since 2003, the manor has been completely restored, with respect and maximum preservation of historical evidence. There are 6 buildings in the Mārcienas manor complex – the Lord's House, a Barn - now a SPA house, Horse stable, now Akmens house, Smēde - now apartments or a Blacksmith's house, a servants' house, as well as ruins of the mill near the pond that was bombed during the war.
In the SPA area, there is a stone pool with a counter current, a whirlpool, a rain shower, a sauna and a steam bath, massages and herbal teas, a summer terrace in nature, and a hot spring water bath in a forest park.
The hotel is an ideal place at any time of the year, anyone can warm up in the SPA.
