Ceramicist Jānis Seiksts has been working with ceramics for almost 50 years and has been a member of the Artists' Union of Latvia since 1980. For most of his life, he made classic Latgale-style glazed ceramics - cups, vases, bowls, candlesticks, etc. etc. A tour of the potter's workshop, inspection of the ceramic kiln, participation in the making of clay pots is available.
